Payment Terms: Full payment with order or 25% deposit on C.O.D. orders.

Returns: On downloaded software we can do an uninstall for returns . For any other product you

must call us for a return authorization number and the merchandise must be returned freight prepaid

and in resale condition

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

All items kept 30 days past delivery date are non returnable.

Irregularities: All returns or claims for irregularities must be made in writing to us by fax, e-mail or

U.S. postal service within 10 days after delivery.

Damages / Lost merchandise: All orders are carefully packed and inspected to insure safe and

undamaged shipments. The final responsibility is that of the carrier. Please file all claims with them

but let us know in writing by fax, e-mail or U.S. postal service as we may be able to assist you.

Sales Tax: Ohio residents claiming Tax Exemption for business purchases must fill out and mail

us a copy of the Blanket Exemption Certificate with your first order, as we are required to keep this

in our files. You will be given a vendor ID for all future purchases.

Freight: Outside the Continental United States all orders are FOB Toledo, Ohio.

Inside the Continental United States all orders over $100.00 will be shipped Free with carrier of our

choice and no handling or processing fee.

Orders under $100.00 shipped Free but must add $5.00 for handling and processing.
