Q. Can someone who is not really a "salesperson" sell Keepsake Names?

A. The question is not, can you sell; the question is, can you show people your product? Q. Do I have to purchase prints and supplies from Keepsake Names®?

A. No. You are the Independent Sales Consultant and have the choice to purchase from us, other sources, or to create your own. We will supply you with some display samples of our Keepsake Names exclusive prints with matching mats with each setup. We are confident that when you see the quality of our material combined with the low cost and high selling price, plus the low volume you are required to purchase, that you will make the decision to purchase from us. Remember, however, all prints we offer are copyrighted property of Keepsake Names and no permission is given to reproduce them.

Q. What can be deducted as business expenses?

A. If your purchase from us is 100% for business, then it is 100% deductible. You should also contact your Small Business Administration, The Internal Revenue Service, or other services. They will provide you with packets of information on how to get started right and set up your business. This will include all allowable tax deductions.

Q. Do I need a sponsor and what do I get if I refer someone?

A. No, you do not need a sponsor. For 15 years, all income to us has been from direct sales. As we said earlier, we want to afford anyone the opportunity to promote Keepsake Names Prayer Names, so in an effort to keep EACH PERSONS COST LOW AND PROFIT HIGH we have not “built-in” profit from your sales for anyone but you. Q. What equipment do you need?

A. To start with, you do not need to purchase any other software. This savings alone covers the cost of your Software which includes the Basic Startup (described above). Our standalone Program will work with Windows or Macintosh platforms.

1. Computer–17 Meg of RAM would be sufficient. We are still using an old Mac 2SI with 17 Meg of RAM, works great, we will get a laptop (someday): so, anything this good or better will work fine .

2. Printer Because of the thickness and the quality of the paper we print our pictures on you will need an ink jet printer. For the past 3 years we have been using a Hewlett Packard Deskwriter 600. We had added Adobe Type Manager and receive Laser Quality Print. Some system software now comes with Adobe Type Manager. We paid less than $250.00 back then and we all know the quality has increased and the prices have come down. We are not endorsing any one brand of printer but you can use the samples you receive as a guide to the quality of print that can, and should, be obtained.

Q. What are the ways that I can promote Keepsake Names Prayer Names?
